Daily Itinerary :
Day 01 Home - - Beijing
Transfer via: TBA, on your own arrangement.
Arrive in Beijing. Be met & transferred to your hotel. Free at leisure for the rest ofday.
Day 02 Beijing (B/L)
Full day city tour includes visits of the Tian'anmen Square - the biggest public square in the world and Forbidden City (GuGong in Chinese) which is used to be the imperial palace during the Ming and Qing Dynasties, now known as the Palace Museum. After lunch visit the Temple of Heaven, the place for the emperors to worship the God (heaven) for good harvest in ancient China.
Day 03 Beijing (B/L)
A memorable daylong excursion combines a visit to the soul-stirring Great Wall, winding dragon-like across northern China. Drive along the Sacred Way, guarded by sculpted stone animal both real and fabulous, which are a photographer's delight, to the Ming Tombs.
Day 04 Beijing - - Jinan (B/L)
Take a morning flight to Jinan. Jinan is also commonly known as "city of springs" for its profusion of natural springs. Have a good view of the beautiful Daming Lake, where the water neither rises substantially during rainy Days, nor dries in drought, and the Baotu Spring, also known as the "No.1 Spring on Earth".
Day 05 Jinan - bus - Mt.Taishan(B/L)
Take a bus to Mt.Taishan in the morning. Mt.Taishan has been regarded as the first of the Five-Holy-Mountains in ancient China for its majesty and beauty. Take a cable car up to the mountain. Visit the Jade Emperor Peak and Sky Walk. Take a cable car down to the mountain in the afternoon.
Day 06 Mt.Taishan - bus - Qufu- bus - Jinan (B/L)
Drive to Qufu after breakfast. Qufu, the birthplace of Confucius, also known as the "sacred city" of the East, is one of China's most famous historic cities of culture. It is not only a city with a rich history, but also famous for its architecture. Visit the Residence of Confucius, the Confucius Temple and the Confucius Stele Forest.
Day 07 Jinan -- Zhengzhou (B/L)
Take an flight to Zhengzhou. Arrive in Zhengzhou. Be met & transferred to your hotel. Then take a city tour to explore Zhengzhou and the Yellow River Museum.
Day 08 Zhengzhou - bus - Dengfeng - bus - Luoyang (B/L)
Arrive in Dengfeng by bus. Visit the Shaolin Temple to witness the world famous martial art traditions developed by Buddhist monks. Continue our tour to Luoyang, the city that served as a capital of nine different dynasties. Upon arrival visit the White HorseTemple, which is the first Buddhist temple constructed in Chinese history.
Day 09 Luoyang - train - Xi'an (B/L)
Take a city tour to visit Longmen Grottoes with it's 100,000 images and statues of Buddha and his disciples carved into the rocks. Then take an afternoon train to Xi'an.
Day 10 Xi'an (B/L)
You will have the whole day visit to the famous historical site of the Qin Terracotta Warriors. More than 6000 life -sized terracotta figures of soldiers and horses in perfect battle array show the superb sculptural art of that time. Afterwards, visit the Wild Goose Pagoda.
Day 11 Xi'an - - Shanghai (B/L)
Visit the Provincial Museum, the Ancient City Wall and the Bell Tower. Take an afternoon flight to Shanghai. Arrive in Shanghai. Be met & transferred to the hotel with your private guide & vehicle. Free at leisure for the rest ofthe day.
Day 12 Shanghai (B/L)
Visit the famous Jade Buddha Temple with a 2m high sitting white Jade Buddha and the 400-year old Yu Yuan Garden, decorated with masterpieces of Ming architecture, as well as the Old Town & the Bund. You also have a chance to visit the Shanghai Museum and the famous Nanjing Road among crowds.
Day 13 Shanghai - - Home (B)
Free at leisure until to be transferred to the airport for your flight home. |
